Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use GlowTira.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GlowTira on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to be scanned. Never upload photos of minors.

• Do not use the app to create sexual, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or unlawful content, or to impersonate someone.

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the service, and do not try to bypass free-plan limits or the paywall.

GlowTira has a free plan with daily limits and an optional Glow+ subscription (weekly or yearly, auto-renewing). What each plan includes is shown in the app before you buy. Glow+ features are subject to fair-use limits that protect the service from abuse.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and duration unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at any time. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app at the moment of purchase.

Apple handles all billing and refunds under its own policies.

GlowTira is a self-care and style companion. Scores, suggestions, coach replies and previews are AI-generated estimates for personal exploration and entertainment. They are not medical, dermatological, dietary or psychological advice and must not be used for health decisions. For any health concern, consult a qualified professional.

Previews are computer-generated approximations of how a look might appear on you. They are not predictions or guarantees, may contain errors, and must not be presented as real photographs of events or of other people. Shared images from the free plan carry a GlowTira watermark.

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that harms others or our infrastructure.

GlowTira is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

To the extent permitted by law, GlowTira and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, without prejudice to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of your place of residence where consumer law gives you that right.

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change and material updates will be shown in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
